My order was cancelled, but the amount is still on Simpl. Now what?

Firstly, we're sorry for the trouble. 

You can go ahead and dispute an issue directly from the Simpl app or via Sia on the Website. We'll contact the merchant and have them look into it since cancellations and refunds are in their control.

Once they initiate a refund, it will reflect instantly on your Simpl bill.
