I have issues related to the order placed. What am I supposed to do?

Simpl is a payment option, and we are not involved in the delivery of the product or the service. If you are facing any issue related to the order, you can contact the merchant from their website or app. If they issue a refund, it will reflect in your Simpl account instantly.

In case you are unable to get in touch with the merchant, you can dispute an issue directly from the Simpl app. 

We'll investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
