How can I track my order? You can track the order from the merchant app by checking your order history. You can contact your seller and ask them for a tracking ID against the order placed by you.
Unresponsive merchant? Not to worry! You can raise a dispute for the particular transaction on the Simpl app/via Sia on the website. Once we have the details, we will contact the merchant for you and get this resolved!
